Today was our first time dining at High Hand Café. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and there are so many different nooks and crannies to explore. Can't wait to come back to try out the brewery and the live music. Great selection of food choices, and everything we tried was delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting Tim the pastry chef and had a wonderful conversation about the history of High Hand and chatting with him made us feel like we have been coming here for years. Erin the service manager went out of her way to make us as well as other dining guests feel extremely welcome and went out of her way to make our dining experience even more enjoyable.

We have been visiting High Hand Cafe for years, and each time our experience is even better than the last! There is such a magical feeling to this cafe; I am not sure if it is the lush flowers and succulents adorning the entire vicinity or the warm and inviting staff. This is such a wonderful place to bring friends and loved ones for brunch! They also have a pet-friendly patio, which is always a plus. Thank you for always taking care of us!

So we were staying in Roseville and decided to come here for breakfast because I love me a good hearty breakfast. We weren't expecting such a huge garden filled with plants and peace. There's a brewery on one end, plants inside and a huge garden outside. Then the restaurant on the opposite end. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Our server met all of our needs and kept us hydrated

Hate when I swear I wrote a review and then can't find it! At least I have pix posted to prove I was there rather than losing my mind! Wow, ya it's been almost 2 years! Omg, time flies! Hasn't changed bit, just as fresh and fine as the last time. Perfect outing, nice drive, plenty of parking, no wait, seated right away, nice, peaceful, serene views ... always love coming up here. So much so that I guess we don't mind paying $20 for a breakfast burrito, $15 for pretzels among other things. Supporting local businesses and this glorious hidden gem. I can stay around this area all day and treat my eyes with wondrous sights. Stay classy! #LoveLoomis

I LOVE high hand cafe/nursery. I could spend all day here. The inside is amazing with high ceilings that remind me of a greenhouse. All the plants and trees connected to the cafe at the nursery are amazing to see, then having lunch after walking through the garden is so nice! Definitely feels like a getaway from the city in the quaint little town of Loomis. I get the smoked salmon salad with potato salad. (Yum) definitely a must go (at least once in your life!)

My party of 9 got pretty lucky to get a table right away around late noon. I like that they stick to their diner table rules, reserving the big tables for large groups. The server was awesome and nice. The food was good, but I do wish they had asked how we wanted our eggs cooked. Everything was delicious. The place was packed. After eating, we went out to walk around and explore their nursery plant garden.

For date night, we started at High Hand Cafe! They also have a nursery, a brewery, a flavor balsamic and flavored olive oil shop, a well as gorgeous decor for your garden (and much much more!). If you haven't been here, stop what you're doing and at least check out the nursery! Our mission was to have brunch. However, on a Tuesday, it is not available. Only in the weekends. Oh, and you absolutely need to call ahead, or you can book a reservation through your Yelp app. You also want to arrive at your reservation about 20 minutes early because you could be looking for a parking space for a little while or end up parking a little ways away. As we entered the HH Cafe, it was like walking into an open greenhouse. It was beautiful with the arrangement of the plants and trees inside. We had a lot of patience that day, and when we were taken to our table, another server had placed a tray of food in it before we got there. We absolutely didn't mind waiting, but as the table was almost clear, other servers walking by were giving us dirty looks for waiting, even without us being in the way... it made for a very uncomfortable "special lunch". The hostesses are AMAZING, by the way. They smiled and were nicer than the service we received from anyone else. They are doing an amazing job! When our server, Sara S, arrived, we recognized she was really busy. We went right to our order - 4 pack of Tropical Hazy Beer made by HH Brewery House made potato chips that come with a lemon artichoke dip Rotisserie Chicken Wood Fire Pizza Our beer came in a nice cooler over ice with 2 frosty glasses. It was very tasty. We also received our chips and dip... The Lemon Artichoke Dip was so delicious and refreshing! It comes in such a small dish, so we asked for a refill, and they happily obliged! When we received our pizza, it looked good and tasted good, but it isn't something we will be craving anytime soon. The dough was very plain. It packed flavor. It was just...ok. The star of the show was the Lemon Artichoke Dip. The flavors in it complimented each other so beautifully! Some of the homemade chips were a little gray, but we just asked for a new batch and avoided the rest of the great ones... Don't forget to walk off your lunch! It is absolutely gorgeous all around! From Koi ponds to building your own succulent gardens... if you are a plant lover like I am... this is the perfect place to explore and buy what your little heart desires!

I can't tell you how many dozens of traditional continental breakfast places like this I have eaten at just to review! Yelping is for foodies who don't mind the expense of their hobby! This place was good so I took a bunch of photos! Real fried potatoes and all your favorite egg dishes and yummy combinations you would know well. Friendly folk and good service too! Tons of places to eat around here I had no idea but visiting these past few days I have reviewed some. I'm totally full after an eggs and bacon breakfast not to mu ruin the 1/2 gallon of fresh coffee I chugged! .
